The sales man (Nick Iannacco) who we first met with and who guaranteed us a phone call the next day did not come through. The phone call regarding our possible loan did not get made and after waiting and waiting we finally called the dealership only to find that Nick had left for the evening. Being in a poor spot to begin with and having to make quick decisions regarding my purchase of a new vehicle -this kind of time wasting is exactly what we did not want. I even emailed this salesman-Nick (as he suggested as a primary way to communicate with him) to no avail. He literally did not even email me back a response. Not even days later.... After having that waste literally TWO whole days of an already time sensitive case I was very unhappy. Having spoke to Jose (one of the managers) he apologized and assured me that he would do everything in his power to make the deal in a timely fashion. After he and Javier took the lead I was extremely satisfied. I feel I got a great deal on an exceptional car. Both Javier & Jose were extremely cordial, to the point, and no hassle....I appreciate that in a salesman. The used car in which I purchased is beautiful. I will say, there was a weird clicking when you started the car.. I was told to bring the car into Service and they would take care of it for me since I just made the purchase. I brought the car in three days later and everything was completely "No hassle". It ended up being a minor fan issue in which they corrected for no charge. I cant tell you how happy I am with my new (to me) car! :) I highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet.... If you're buying Used defiantly see Javier, he's the first desk when you walk in, you wont be disappointed! More
