I called Sunrise to see if we would be able to get appro Where do I start? My fiancé and I were worried due to other experiences at other dealerships. I called Sunrise to see if we would be able to get approved for a car. Javier was so helpful walking me through the steps we needed to take to get approved I faxed everything over and got the call that we could get approved for something. I got to sunrise 30 minutes before they closed and Javier and Eric both had no issue waiting. Javier didn't try to push anything on us and he was honest and genuine. He showed us a 2006 Buick with 20,000 in great condition as well as showing other cars we chose the Buick it was cheaper than the rest and less miles and not once did he try to push the more expensive cars on us. Eric was helpful as well getting us the best payment with a warranty included in a payment we could afford. I was so impressed and will be purchasing my cars through Sunrise in the future. The quality of the car, the price and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced! Thank you Sunrise Chevy!!!!! More

They gave reasonable pricing without trying to take advantage of me as a first time buyer. They showed me everything up front, I was able to see how they came to the number we agreed upon, what exactly was included in that number, and the Carfax report showing the history of the car. They also gave me several different financing options and explained the differences thoroughly to help me choose the best fit for me. I definitely felt like I was in better hands. The entire experience was so much easier than I was expecting, especially after the nightmare I had previously. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet! More
