Thanks to Joe I road-tested the car and he fully explained the features that were quite different from the Lexus I now had. He also showed me the paperwork and features of the car I was interested in, answering all my questions clearly and concisely. David helped me to understand the GPS system since this is a new feature for me. He also walked me through the process of setting-up my Smartphone and again helping me to be able to use this feature. Frank clearly explained in detail what additional benefits I might want to add to my purchase to insure that I had the best coverage for future service of the car. I have always appreciated the care and very professional help Jason has given to me over the years and yesterday only confirmed my sincere admiration and appreciation for Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. More
