Thanks to Joe I road-tested the car and he fully explained the features that were quite different from the Lexus I now had. He also showed me the paperwork and features of the car I was interested in, answering all my questions clearly and concisely. David helped me to understand the GPS system since this is a new feature for me. He also walked me through the process of setting-up my Smartphone and again helping me to be able to use this feature. Frank clearly explained in detail what additional benefits I might want to add to my purchase to insure that I had the best coverage for future service of the car.
