I love my 5th Lexus. Jason has always answered my questions easily and well. The Lexus cars I have bought or leased have treated me well as a well-constructed and reliable car. However, my last two times (January and March, 2023) have given me pause and concern. In January, I waited three hours and 10 minutes toget my car back after a routine check- up. Most recently, in March, I bought a new matters and expected to be finished in about an hour. Unfortunately, my car did not return to me for over two hours! That is much too long!!! Moore over, the lack of caring for my time is a serious concern. Either earn clients, service will be a day-long problem so we should request a loaner, or figure out why this is happening and fix it. By the way, my friends who have bought through you, have the very same concern so I know this was not just my sad experience. Thank you for giving me the opportunity of sharing my feedback. We’ve been enthusiastic and loyal Lexus owners and customers for 20 years. We’ve never felt we’ve been oversold or taken advantage of until now. Our very trusted and competent Service Advisor Jason Pe customers for 20 years. We’ve never felt we’ve been oversold or taken advantage of until now. Our very trusted and competent Service Advisor Jason Peters is fantastic! The apparent new management policy to maximize service profits, not so much. There are many Lexus owners in our community and all we have talked to agree that Lexus service costs have become sufficiently excessive, in some cases unreasonably so, that they are contemplating replacing their Lexus. One neighbor told us that he was informed that his Lexus required $23,00.00 in repairs! My wife was told that her trouble free, moderately driven ES-330 required $8,000.00 of “routine maintenance”. When she investigated the alternative of a newer pre-owned Lexus, the rude attitude of the Pre-owned Manager resulted in our becoming a now one Lexus family. I still love my Lexus, and because I trust Jason Peters absolutely, I plan to keep it unless management policy makes this infeasible. We sincerely hope that the feedback you are currently receiving from Lexus owners will result in management policy modifications that will restore the confidence and pleasure that we have always enjoyed as proud Lexus owners.
