I dont see any reason to continue the conversation. I believe I described the situation clearly above and how you decide to move forward with your business and employees is up to you. I gave the details of my side of the story and as a consumer gave my honest review. Which I will contine to share in person or online. The verbatim response of "tell us how to reach out to you" is a great technique to shift the ball to my court. But this is a culture issue at your location that doesn't seem to be changing. I went to Trust Lake Elsinore Ford and had a totally different experience. How you move forward is up to you.
