Worst dealership I have ever encountered. The sales guy was ok but management and finace is a xxxxing joke. They knew the vehical had a bad transmission and if i had not purchased an extended The sales guy was ok but management and finace is a xxxxing joke. They knew the vehical had a bad transmission and if i had not purchased an extended warranty id be out of all this xxxx money. Tramission had work done on it twice. Id recommend Crest Cadillac if your looking for a Cadillac truck or car. Russ Darrow is awefull. More

Excellent Service I love my new Mazda3. Everyone at the dealership is very kind and helpful. I took my car home for the first time and realized there was a scratch in t I love my new Mazda3. Everyone at the dealership is very kind and helpful. I took my car home for the first time and realized there was a scratch in the front of the car (probably just from people walking through the lot). We called the dealership and they had us bring it in the next day so it could be buffed out. Jason is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable through my first car buying experience. I highly recommend him. More

Whenever it was time to upgrade I have always gone to Russ Darrow. This time I had the pleasure to deal with Jason Mertens as my car sales man. He was great to me and my wife. Had a great positive attitude and basically helped make our decision on buying a new 2017 cx5 with his positive attitude. We were met by Jason who managed to squeeze his large frame into a small car for our test drive. Though, at first, we could not agree on a price, after further research we realized that Darrow had a very fair price on the car so we traveled back to the dealership the next day to make our purchase. Jason is a great guy and not one of those pushy sales people you sometimes run into. He really cared that we were happy and we would recommend him and will use him again if needed.
