Typical car dealer. Ready to get scammed. I don’t even know where to start with this. I suppose the beginning. This is your typical car dealership. You can expect to try to get scammed from I don’t even know where to start with this. I suppose the beginning. This is your typical car dealership. You can expect to try to get scammed from the second you walk into the second you leave. They’ll show you one price and interest-rate and then when you go to sign the paperwork‘s there will be a different price with a hugely inflated interest-rate. You’re also going to have to purchase a $2000 paint protection coating. At the time I purchased my vehicle, I was promised something by the salesman which was also backed up on Mazda USA’s website. When it came time for me to redeem what it was that I was promised, I was given nothing but hassle and run around by the dealership. I eventually received what I was promised to, but had I not been persistent I would not have. It took me 6 months of attempts to achieve this. After I received the service I was promised, I was told it would be no charge, as promised at time of purchase. When I went to go pick up my vehicle again, they tried to charge me. I feel like again, somebody who doesn’t put up a fight would’ve ended up having to pay for something they were promised for free. It would have been $500 On top of all of this, the technician disabled my navigation system while I was there so now I have to mess around and get that fixed. It’s been 5 days since the dealership told me they’d sent me my Nav chip and it still isn’t here. Finally, my car was left smelling like oil and it was not washed as part of the service was supposed to include. From start to finish the entire transaction and service was amateur at best. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Or returning for service, not even the free services. More

Got more than I asked for (in a good way) Went in to check lease pricing on a CX-5 as the lease on my 3 was expiring. Was greeted by 3 experienced reps that had all the answers. Was expecting Went in to check lease pricing on a CX-5 as the lease on my 3 was expiring. Was greeted by 3 experienced reps that had all the answers. Was expecting to end up in a AWD Sport with ActivSense but was hoping for a AWD Toring that would meet my budget. Ended up with the colors I wanted in a Touring WITH the preferred equipment, in buget. Did the deal, conversed with great guys, and got a Sweet ride in 2 hours. More

Staff is horrible but Jason is honest and actually cares. I worked with Jason after working with another sales associate that didn't go over so well with me. I actually went to another dealership because of t I worked with Jason after working with another sales associate that didn't go over so well with me. I actually went to another dealership because of this. I called back to Russ Darrow because the deal they had was cheaper than the other dealer I was approved with. On the second attempt I was blown away by the professionalism knowledge and honesty of Jason. Way to go Jason. Screw the other staff. More

Got used car I got a used car that was on the cheap. The car we had started going quicker than we expected. Sales rep and manager were friendly and easy to wor I got a used car that was on the cheap. The car we had started going quicker than we expected. Sales rep and manager were friendly and easy to work and talk with. The one thing that dropped my rating to a three was when I asked was the oil changed on the car as I didn’t see a sticker in the upper corner when I did a quick test drive. Was told that they change the oil in all their cars when they leave out. I should have checked while I was there, that is on me. I checked at home and the oil was really low and dark. While i get three free oil changes from the deal that I signed before knowing, it was the point that what I was told didn’t happen. Maybe the sales rep thought it was and didn’t get done, but it was I trusted that it was done, to only find out it wasn’t. Still check them out but recommend following up with what you ask. More
