I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

My experience is if it is extended warranty work nobody likes to take the problem for the simple fact they get paid by the job not the hour and especially if it's something that's electrical forget about i likes to take the problem for the simple fact they get paid by the job not the hour and especially if it's something that's electrical forget about it also make a note of the mileage and how much fuel or if you have the Life360 app it explains everything that was my saving Grace after nearly a month with constant communication the issue was corrected but not after having to speak with the service manager More
