I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

I am from Missouri and brought my 2022 ram in for service. Could not be happier with the service adviser Jason. Truck was taken care of and as a customer I was treated in a professional manner. Staff was kind, but I shouldn't have issues with a vehicle purchased less than 6 months ago. Then trying to get it in for servicing was a hassle. I was basically told that there wasn't time for me. This dealership went over the top for me after being stranded for 6 hours and having my car towed to Ferman.
