Hello my name is Jason Logue, I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm a die hard Eagles fan. I'm married with two daughters and I have been associated and or employed with Ferman since 2000. I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Picky customer service Attempted multiple times to do a transmission fluid change and still waiting to get serviced the machine still broken, made an appointment to get my v Attempted multiple times to do a transmission fluid change and still waiting to get serviced the machine still broken, made an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and waited in line to get taken care of off and some lady peeks her head in and Jamie the desk rep. Jumps out of his seat to take care of her, even had my wife come to get my car serviced because i cant keep missing days off work and even she got skipped while the staff at the desk are just sitting there not attending anyone, is like they pick whom they want to take care of off. Called the manager Mike Hughes office and no reply still. I dont ask for discounts ever and always paid for my services done. I dont like how they treat customers here. Even calling to make an appointment, getting someone on the phone is horrible, nobody ever answers or returns calls which i had to leave work early to set up an appointment. Finally if the lady on the voicemail calls you back- sounds upset and doesnt feel welcomed to speak to, horrible staff, never been to a place like this before More

Terrible service Came in for an oil change and to get something checked. First of all they completely forgot about my car and didn’t look at it till hours later when I Came in for an oil change and to get something checked. First of all they completely forgot about my car and didn’t look at it till hours later when I called to check on it when we had an 8am appointment. Then they told us the problem was with our battery and we needed a new one. Quoted us over $300 for a battery and over $60 to install it. Didn’t say anything about ordering a battery or anything. So I got a new battery and had it installed by Jim Browne for $20 because ferman would not call me back and whenever I called I could never get anyone in service. And on top of everything I was told it by ferman that the battery was the thing cause if the original problem that I took it in to be checked for. I replaced the battery and still the same problem. Clearly a half competent dealer. Will not be going back. More
