not attentive left access panel to the break fluid reservoir off which was lying lose under the hood, also tightened the lug nuts with a impact wrench and standard left access panel to the break fluid reservoir off which was lying lose under the hood, also tightened the lug nuts with a impact wrench and standard impact socket and I had to use a 2 foot breaker bar to get them lose (supposed to use a torque socket when using an impact wrench ) This review has nothing to do with the service rep Jason, he has always done a great job for us More

Multiple Visits So took our van in because it had a bad idle/hesitation. First fix was rocker, cam & tune up. Still same issue. Took it back and was told motor mounts So took our van in because it had a bad idle/hesitation. First fix was rocker, cam & tune up. Still same issue. Took it back and was told motor mounts. This time it sat in repair lot for 3 days while no one did anything because intake person was off and the paper sat on his desk until I came in and questioned its status. Fixed & still same problem. Took it back and this time head had to be replaced. Thankfully I had extended warranty. But still cost me $200 out of pocket. Might nyot sound like a lot, but when your unemployed, its huge. Service staff, was polite, but not the most personable. More

Incomplete When I made the appointment I told them I have a warranty that gives me free oil changes and I gave them the information at the time I made the appoin When I made the appointment I told them I have a warranty that gives me free oil changes and I gave them the information at the time I made the appointment and no one looked it up. Also only three of my tires weee aired up and they washed my car but they missed big spots on the sides and half the bumper. At least they agreed to not charge me for the oil change that they originally gave me a bill for $79.00. That’s way overpriced. More

Not great I purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 beautifil truck, great customer service theexperience was great. I was told at time purchase i still remaining factory warrnty and that the dealership gives a 3 month 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I was given this speach twice, as it was explained that this is incase during the certfied inspection something may be missed. Well a few days after my purchase I notice moisture in drivers side headlight made an appt to have it looked at by the service center. APPT was At 1100 am two hrs later i am told its not covered under this warranty. Cause its cosmetic. So A saftey featured on a vechile that is requiref by law is a cosmetic feature. So I even ask how much one was was never given that info only that one was not on hand. When the service writer went to my truck to get information , he open my door and door hit the yellow pole chiping paint on my driver side door. The gentlemen informed His boss that issue was not addressed again. So the service portion of my experience sucked another wise great buying experience. More

Better communication and follow through I would have given you 5 stars if I did. Or have to wait by my car for 15 minutes. I fianally had to ask someone if I had to go inside or if a service I would have given you 5 stars if I did. Or have to wait by my car for 15 minutes. Your team saw us outside and didn’t even come out to let us know that we had to go inside. Sry poor. I also called 2 times before. First took a message and no one called me back. Second time was Labor Day and they were closed Everything else was good. Time, checkout, etc More
