Compassionate and welcoming From the moment we got to the dealership until the moment we drove away in our new truck we were treated with the utmost respect. Everyone we came in contact with wanted to make sure that what could be a stressful situation was completely comfortable. Jason Keith was our salesman and he was phenomenal. On top of the courtesy he offered, he knew his vehicles. He did everything he could to get my husband and I in the right vehicle for us. Cindy was amazing in aiding our salesman and she got us through the paperwork in a timely manner while being very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back to Toyota of Cleveland when we start to shop for our next new car! More
