The car I originally had come in for was no longer available and he went to great lengths to find me a car that would work. He kept me updated on everything that was happening and answered all of my questions. My only complaint isn’t about him, it is about the other sales person I was handed off to when Jason had to leave on short notice. This person told me my monthly payments would be double what we had discussed and the numbers weren’t adding up. I would still recommend midtown Kia, but I would tell anyone to bring in another person just in case they have a similar experience. Jason was phenomenal and made me feel welcome More

They listened to our wants/needs. We both drove home in 2 new Cars a 2019 Sorrento for me, and a 2010 F 150 fully loaded Lariat for hubby. Everything about this exp was amazing to say the least. Made us feel like family, no pressure, and they put in alot of hard work for us!!! It wasn't just about me, they fixed my hubby up. He needed it! I don't know how else to say thank you.
