I had a very good experience with this Dealership and Jason Burns my sales consultant. My new car took 6 weeks to arrive from the factory which was quite a bit longer than anticipated by dealership or my Jason Burns my sales consultant. My new car took 6 weeks to arrive from the factory which was quite a bit longer than anticipated by dealership or myself. This delay was on the manufacturing end so nothing could be done by Rowe. They did get me a rental car and ended up having to tow my trade in (as it was no longer registered/inspected) from my house because of the delay. So while the delay itself was less than pleasant the dealership did everything they could to keep me happy while I was waiting and this was greatly appreciated. I think they are very fair negotiators at Rowe and the only reason I gave a 4 over a 5 is that the previously mentioned factory delays were causing car shortages on the lots creating quite the circus in finding a actual vehicle to drive home. This vehicle shortage allowed for this dealership (along with all other Hyundai dealerships in Southern Maine) to charge a slight premium for their vehicles. That being said, Prime Hyundai would not negotiate at all while Rowe and Jason negotiated with me to a fair price. So while I would have liked to get a slightly better deal, this situation showed how one dealership can excel over another while both selling the same cars. I highly recommended Rowe Hyundai Westbrook and Jason Burns in particular if you are looking for a new/used Hyundai in the Southern Maine area. More

We had a very good experience with this dealership and were very happy with the 2 employees that worked with us. They were very helpful in explaining everything to us and showing all the features of the c were very happy with the 2 employees that worked with us. They were very helpful in explaining everything to us and showing all the features of the car. Ray Lerette was great in explaining what we should have for coverage and at finding us a good rate.
