Excellent experience in purchasing 2018 Nissan Frontier Traded in my 2015 Frontier for the 2018 Desert Runner edition, and happy to get the upgraded suspension, shocks and wheel package. Amazing and Miracle workers! My salesman Austen Johnigean was absolutely amazing to say the least! I came in with a pretty difficult situation but he was still able to get me in a 2018 Nissan Sentra. I was over 8k upside down in my trade, no down payments and didn’t give him much to work with but between him and the finance manager, they made it happen. They are truly MAGIC. I am so pleased with how professional the atmosphere was and how he really listened to my needs for my new car. Thank you Maus Nissan and Austen for getting me into a 2018 Sentra! I love it! More

Wonderful Experience with Ronnie Scicli and everyone I met. As soon as I pulled in Ronnie Scicli introduced his self and Welcomed me. BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST My husband went to get our FREE OIL CHANGE today!!!! What a joke this place is! They tell you when you buy a car and even there commercials say FREE My husband went to get our FREE OIL CHANGE today!!!! What a joke this place is! They tell you when you buy a car and even there commercials say FREE OIL CHANGES! Well let me tell ya nothing is FREE! You have to pay to get your tires to rotated ($22.25 ) or your warranty is null and void! Have you ever heard of such a thing, Warranty Null & Void!!! because you're not paying them to rotate your tires???? There Finance guy took my husband in his office because he was MAD and didn't want other customers to here him and he told my husband that they would wave it this time, my husband and I decided to cancel the 10 year warranty. Well when they were done with the FREE OIL CHANGE and rotating the tires that's when my husband was told he had to pay for tire rotation!! Finance guy was mad cause we canceled the 10 year warranty so made us pay!!!! So now we'll wait and see how long it will be to get our refund for the warranty! I was told by a few people that Maus Nissan will SCAM you well they did! So be aware of what they tell you!!! They will never SCAM us again!!! More

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER Dishonest from the moment I walked in-answered ad for 2013 Altima and Jaryd Gerhart said it was while it was a 2012-never got Carfax for 2 weeks which Dishonest from the moment I walked in-answered ad for 2013 Altima and Jaryd Gerhart said it was while it was a 2012-never got Carfax for 2 weeks which showed it was in a wreck and it was a rental-had issue immediately with car and it took almost a week to diagnose and repair and it was only a gauge-this is the most Sleazy and unethical business I have ever done business with-STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP-they leave their integrity and ethics at the door when they enter-NEVER WOULD HAVE PURCHASE A CAR KNOWING IT HAD BEEN IN A WRECK AND HAD HAD 100'S OR RENTAL CUSTOMERS DRIVING IT-they had me sign the last page of Carfax stating I had received it while NOT providing it to me-they hid this part of the equation in order to make the sale-GO DOWN THE ROAD TO COURTESY NISSAN- JARYD GERHART IS A SLIMEBALL-requested David Maus Jr to call me 3 times-he did not More
