Waited for over 2 hours even though I had made an appointment. After 2hours was told that I needed work that we’re not covered by warranty although my cab is only 1 hear old. So I had to wait another appointment. After 2hours was told that I needed work that we’re not covered by warranty although my cab is only 1 hear old. So I had to wait another hour. Once work was finally completed, go to cashier to pay, was told in a very unprofessional way that had to wait because they were changing shifts. Told the cashier that it was fine. My rep came in to drop off paperwork to cashier and she told him again in a very unprofessional rude way that she was changing shifts and could not take care of me - addressing him although in was right there next to him. My rep was the one to instruct me that I could make the payment online, that I didn’t have to wait for the cashier to change shifts something I thought was going to take a short time as I don’t know what it takes to complete that. Simple communication on the cashier’s part would have done the job. Lacking customer service! More
