Jarrett could have communicated about the service that I received better than what he did. I came in to have my windshield inspected for damage and he performed the 1st maintenance service on the new vehic received better than what he did. I wanted to know specifically what services was performed and called in and left a message for his call back and I have yet to get one a call back, Also, my insurance company fax paperwork to have my windshield replaced to the dealership and no one is answering in your service department, she could not reach anyone in the service department, and neither could I and I left several messages. so, I cannot schedule an appointment to have the work done.
