Close to two hours is a little too long for an oil change even considering an appointment was scheduled, and I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time. If first in first out with or without an appointment, it's the wrong way to go and disrespectful to the customer's timing. The same reason the Service Dept. sets appointments, also the customers have schedules to follow and expect to be serviced in time and manner. The only reason I go to the dealership is for the outstanding service and support of Jarrett Elder, otherwise, I would go, and I will think twice, to any local garage that would make the work with the same quality, and in no more than 45 mins, worst case scenario. I hope the top management sets its ducks in line and reviews customer satisfaction standards with the Service dept. More
