Disappointed with car service department I took my Rav 4 in for service on my rear camera because the camera was out of alignment. The service department said they were not able to fix it. My car is still under warranty. I’ve purchased 4 cars with Al Hendricks and I am very disappointed that they sent me away without telling me that they will replace the camera. Scheduled maintenance I called service to confirm appointment made online the day before. That appointment was not on books but they fit me in at the appointed time anyway. When I arrived they speedily took my info and took car in immediately. Jarrett Elder is attentive , professional and gives a realistic time it should be finished.. and I got back in the car 1/2 hour earlier than he prepared me for.
