On another note, the day before my service appointment, I called to see what time the service department closed because I wanted to bring my car in right away as it was not safe to drive and I was obtaining a tow truck through my insurance company. The person I spoke to said the service department closed at 5:30 p.m. and there was no one I could talk to. I was confused because your web site stated you were open until 7:00 p.m. So that I made an appointment for the next morning. You may want to have a chat with the person who answered the phone. More

Fantastic I had an unexpected problem with my battery. Jarrett took care of me right away and I was able to make my appointment on time. Jarrett is amazing.
