Jarrett Elder has never been helpful. My wife and I have always found him difficult to deal with. A very egotistic individual who does not belong on the frontline. Very disappointing. We told we needed new wiper blades even though they were just changed 10 days earlier. Also told we needed a $300 repair. Hard to trust that they were being honest. Excellent, professional The only reason I stay with Hendrickson is their service and service personnel. If it was for their sales staff, I would go elsewhere.
