Good service but took long past expected time. It would have been nice if I had been communicated with during the very long wait, periodically, with updates. I could have gone on to other business It would have been nice if I had been communicated with during the very long wait, periodically, with updates. I could have gone on to other business and come back if made aware that a 2-3 hour job would be a near 6 hour wait. This particular recall also took way too long (well over a year) to be processed by Toyota and too many disputes and confusion with service reps in trying to get the service done. Reps are a bit cranky at times, unnecessarily. Promised info never sent after contacts. Very little consistent follow up so one has to keep fighting which should not be the case. More
