Waited four hours just for a standard 45k service even though I had an appointment. The technician tells me that they can not drop me off at my house though I've done this in the past. Once the inspection though I had an appointment. The technician tells me that they can not drop me off at my house though I've done this in the past. Once the inspection was done they tell me it's needs a list of things and that now they can drop me off at my place. I've purchased my car at Al Hendrickson and have take it to get serviced 95% of the times since 2014. Meanwhile my wife goes to Lipton and she was in and out within an hour. I'm taking the list of repairs I was handed by your technician and going to Lipton. Hopefully 5hey appreciate my loyalty. More

So I know dealership service areas get a bad rap sometimes, but the gentleman who helped me was awesome.
