I have previously brought my car for oil service and 5,000 miles service and never had an issue, but this time was the worst experience, first they had an issue with the appointment and made me wait 30 5,000 miles service and never had an issue, but this time was the worst experience, first they had an issue with the appointment and made me wait 30 minutes which I had no problem with, 2 hrs later they said the car was ready, when I arrived to the place and sign the papers they gave me back my car, the screen still showed the tire issue and that it needed the oil change, so they gave me back my car saying they had done the service when they had done nothing. After I went back to the person I was assigned to and mentioned that he just went to the car, and said thank you for noticing, no further explanation, kept me waiting there for 30 minutes not saying anything so I told him that I would come back, that it was not a big deal, and left, two hours later they call me to pick up the car, the person I had the appointment did not even meet with me just left the papers for me to pay and that was it, I had to ask another person, the only descent person in the place to please help me confirm that they in did had done the work since I has that previous issue. Worst experience ever, I forever ruined my trust in the place being honest with the service they offer More
