I brought my Wrangler 4xe in for warranty work while it was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had a field tech look at it, it was out of warranty so they wouldn't get paid to fix it. They tried to tell me that it is designed to squeak during operation. This is a vehicle that is 3 years old. They've lost most of their leadership, and the new crew isn't any better. Greg Russel, the operations manager, doesn't evened bother to read service notes before telling you he can't help you. Do not bring your vehicle to this dealer for service. There is better Jeep dealer service just 10 minutes away. More

Had a 9:30 am appointment for a check engine light. Left the car with Brian. By 2:30 we never heard anything so we texted the number like we were told. No response. 3:30 call up there. Talk to someone but leave a VM for Brian. 4:00pm text again, no response. 4:20 call up again and the message says service is closed. Drive up there. Brian is no where to be found. Another guy tracks our car down for us and tells us the diagnostic was never done. Too busy, only one tech, end of the month, etc…. The 2nd guy was actually very nice and helpful but don’t understand how they can have the car for 7 hours (with an appointment) and not get anything done or fail to let us know anything at all. More

The staff was friendly and fast. The were able to get my car diagnosis and a plan together in under an hour on a Friday. Was scheduled to come in, power was out, was told i would be called back, wasn't, rescheduled only own and was told parts were in stock only to be told they are forever back orders with no eta.
