We set up an in person visit and I was initially expecting to have an upsell but was pleasantly impressed to be greeted by Bobby Sanchez and Mike with the original quote. He was upfront, patiently answered all of our questions, and didn’t pressure us at all. He let my wife do a test drive and answered all of her questions about the IONIQ 5.
