For automotive enthusiasts like me, the older CX-5 had already gained a reputation for punching above its weight class, evident in the vault-like closure of its doors and the quality of its switches and dials. Car enthusiasts often regard Mazdas as the BMW of Japanese brands for their performance, but also as a boutique Japanese brand known for their attention to detail. A premium buying experience goes hand in hand with a premium product. Stephan truly knows his Mazda information inside and out, and he is also well-versed in the competition. He is a young, knowledgeable salesman who is very personable and, more importantly, embodies the panache that Mazda is trying to establish in America. North Penn Mazda is very modern and sophisticated, making you feel like you've spent more than you actually did. North Penn Mazda was great to work with. I was looking to lease a new Mazda 3 hatchback. Unfortunately several other dealerships I had been to were difficult to work with on this matter as i I was looking to lease a new Mazda 3 hatchback. Unfortunately several other dealerships I had been to were difficult to work with on this matter as it was not the model they were looking to move the quickest. North Penn was straightforward with me and super informative throughout the whole process. They made sure I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of or that there may be hidden fees in the contract. They were also quick and efficient with the whole deal which I especially appreciate as my situation required me to kind of Rush the whole deal and sneak in the signing just before closing. My salesman Stephan was especially helpful in this manner and was very easy to work with on this. He was extremely friendly and accommodating and I really appreciate how much you worked with me in order to make the process quick and painless even though it was very last minute. Will definitely be considering North Penn Mazda for my future vehicle purchases and recommending them to family members looking for any new vehicles. More
