I took the truck in for some recalls and asked Jaime to see about the rattle as well. I thought it was in the passenger side door. When I came to pick it up, they told me they couldn't locate the rattle. I asked Jaime if he would ride in the truck with me so he could hear it, which he agreed to do. As soon as he heard the rattle he said "you've got to let me take this back tonight and I will get it fixed by tomorrow". And that is just what he did. I was pleasantly surprised at the willingness to get the issue addressed for me. More
