Left three messages to call me to book a service. Third time I asked to speak to a manager. He wasn’t available, and I was promised that he would call me. No one called, even though they have my corr Third time I asked to speak to a manager. He wasn’t available, and I was promised that he would call me. No one called, even though they have my correct cell no. I’ve had other issues where a battery was changed thst turned out not to be the issue. They also pushed me to replace my rear brake pads. 6 months later, and it’s still okay. When they forgot to put my radiator cap on, and my car started overheating, they refused to get a tow in truck. After hours stuck in the heat, I finally convinced them, and they sent a tow truck. I love BMW, but decided to never buy one again. My new Tesla will be delivered next month. More
