James takes a very hassle free approach. He is very knowledgeable about the Toyota products, but will not force any specs of information at you in a blatant attempt to “sell” you on it at that point in time. He will answer any question you have and if he does not have the answer immediately he will do everything he can to get the details and will get back to you as soon as possible. He will also communicate with you outside of the dealership with whatever means is most convenient with you during your normal busy worki days (i.e. voicemail, email, etc.). I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla XRS from James and I would for sure work with him on my next future car purchase. More

This dealership actually made purchasing a new car relaxing and easy. James was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We wanted to go home the same day with a new car and he made it happen. Worked with my schedule. I'm not a fan of "haggling", so I simply told him what I was willing to pay and why I felt the price was fair. About 5 minutes later everything was settled.
