We are discerning consumers, especially with automobiles (BMW brand loyalists for over 30+ years). James Tan was the difference. He made our purchasing decision seamless and effortless. In short, James is a consummate professional who is a great listener and made earnest efforts to accommodate us. His in-depth knowledge of the Maserati brand and the Lavente Modena S was masterful and made our purchasing decision very efficient and stress-free. His communication was clear, he provided timely responses to our inquiries, and he was always respectful. Most importantly, my wife's experience on the day of pick-up was more than I expected, and that was priceless to me. I attribute this wonderful experience to James and his colleague, Krystie. Family and I drove from Richmond VA just to visit this dealership as they had the specific make and model that I was looking for with all of the correct options. James was one of the most kind and underst dealership as they had the specific make and model that I was looking for with all of the correct options. James was one of the most kind and understanding Sales Specialist I have ever dealt with when buying a car. After a long trip up I-95 James made sure that me and my family were welcomed in a very kind manner and never once tried to force the sale. As I transitioned from James to Krystie for the finalization of the sale, the exemplary service continued. My family and I left, with my wife raving about their complimentary coffee, happy new owners of a fantastic automobile. However, the service and assistance from James didn't stop as we left. In the days following James made sure to reach out and make sure that we were getting the most out of our new car and answered multiple questions that came up along the way. When the day comes that I or my family need a new vehicle we will definitely be coming back to Criswell Maserati all thanks to James and Krystie. More

My first contact with James Tan was via a text message he sent me in response to my inquiry regarding the 2020 AUDI Q5 Premium Plus I saw on the website of Criswell Maserati of Germantown. He did confirm th sent me in response to my inquiry regarding the 2020 AUDI Q5 Premium Plus I saw on the website of Criswell Maserati of Germantown. He did confirm that the car had the many outstanding options listed. He was very respectful and suggested that I come to see the car and do a test drive. I was very busy during the following two weeks, but after a gentle reminder from Robert Buchanan, General Manager of the Criswell Maserati dealership, I made an appointment with James Tan to see the car. He took the time to explain many of the car’s features and to answer my questions, after which he gave me the opportunity to test drive it. The car appeared to be in excellent condition. I researched the price of similar cars and used this as a basis for a reasonable offer, which was promptly accepted. The next day, we went through the formalities of the sale, and I drove away with a superb car at a very good price. I was very pleased with my interaction with James Tan, and I liked his polite, no-pressure style. More
