I have had my Honda Fit for six years and the service I required was covered by the extended warranty that I bought at the time of purchase. As always, my experience was very pleasant. I did have an appointment, and was iin and out quickly. James always keeps us updated as to the timing so we know what to expect and when our car will be ready an appointment, and was iin and out quickly.
