This group of people are amazing! I really mean that. We had a bad experience at the RD Kia in Waukesha. I feel like we were being forced into something that we couldn’t afford. We were only shown 1 vehicle had a bad experience at the RD Kia in Waukesha. I feel like we were being forced into something that we couldn’t afford. We were only shown 1 vehicle! We left and tried RD Kia in Wauwatosa. What a great decision! Not only did they show us multiple cars, but they made the financing/payment that we were looking for work! Jerome was our Sales “friend”, what a nice and smart man he is! He asked about our family, what we like to do in our spare time, etc. It felt like we were hanging out with our friend, buying a car. He stayed several hours after closing, made sure everything was good for us and took a pictureWith the 3 of us and our car! I mentioned that my dad was a senior citizen and I was looking for an apartment for him. The next morning he sent me information about the building that his aunt is in. He kept his word that he would do it. The Finance manager, Lamont, is excellent too! Very professional, but also felt like sitting down with a friend. He was thorough and didn’t rush into everything. He called us the a couple of days after we bought the car and told us he had good news! He was able to get us a lower interest rate, and it lowered our payment! They have a great “techie” person there named Bliss. She showed us how to use all of the great features in our car. She set up our phones and showed us some accessories that we could add later. A couple of days later she called us to see if we had any questions or needed more tech help. We will never buy another car anywhere else! More

We had an awesome experience at Kia of Wauwatosa today! The atmosphere was so friendly! Jerome was so patient, and he made sure that we got the best deal possible. We went home with a car we love! We kept them a few hours past closing time, but the staff was still just as friendly and helpful as they were when we walked in!Everyone at this location is really great! I don’t know if every location has a tech savvy person that teaches you how to use all of the features in your vehicle, but this location does! Bliss was awesome! We had a really bad experience at the Waukesha location. They weren’t willing to get us a better/affordable deal. They were very pushy with the one car they kept trying to sell to us. Wauwatosa turned that all around! We will definitely be back, and recommend this location to ANYBODY!! Very nice caring people. Very professional! More

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable of the vesicles. I started out looking at the Forte, but after some further information and a test drive, I fell in love with the Kia Niro!! I had to have it and I had an appointment set for two days later, couldn’t wait and came in the next day.
