Overall we had a good experience. We found a perfect vehicle - right price, low mileage, newer year. Valencia was great to work with, she was not at all pushy or aggressive but got us what we needed. Even with masks, my first greeting from Cambryelle Getter was warm and genuine and I immediately felt take care of. After a 3-4 minute wait, Adam Horeth came over and apologized for my assigned rep being unavailable. Without skipping a beat, Adam started working with me to listen to what I was looking for. This is now my 2nd leased vehicle through Russ Darrow Tosa and I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. With COVID raging and so many uncertainties, any large financial decision is harder and more anxiety ridden than ever. James Christy the sales manger will tell you family is a large part of their work culture and it really shows. There is a big difference between someone pretending to work for you, and someone who is genuinely wanting to work WITH you. That perspective of wanting to work with a customer is what sets their service apart from all others. I cannot recommend this dealership enough if you are in the market for a new Kia. More
