First time for me at this service center, for 20k standard maintenance. Service agent James (Jim) was very helpful and professional. Turnaround time was exactly as promised, that alone scores high standard maintenance. Service agent James (Jim) was very helpful and professional. After 22 years, 4 new Toyotas, and wanting to trust these service and sales departments, I give up. Among other repairs they recommended, the removal of rusted rear suspension parts to align the rear end wou service and sales departments, I give up. Among other repairs they recommended, the removal of rusted rear suspension parts to align the rear end would cost $1400. So they get my car. After getting a call the car was all set. I return to the dealership to be told, gee, we couldn't align the rear end. Maybe it's a bent rear strut. This after my radiator mysteriously failed during a previous visit even though it was fine the previous night. That only cost $700. I can't describe the relief I felt when looking at their contact on my cell I selected, "Send to trash". More
