I was born and raised in Alton, Ilinois where I come from a family of 5 ,with me being the youngest and 20 years between my oldest sister and myself! I went to Alton high school where I played football, field events in track and also wrestled. I later went on to work for companies such as Vitamin World where I was a nutritional advisor, and have also worked in a fitness gym where I helped train people and help them to live a healthier lifestyle, I decide that I wanted to help people more and be involved with the community and that's why I got into car sales. My mission is to give the community a great and honest place to purchase their next car. While I'm only been in the car industry for 3 year, you'd have to travel a long way to find a more down to earth and transparent sales person to purchase your next new car from!

I can start by telling you it was, if not the best, at the top of my buying experiences ever. No pressure, wonderful people, and on top of that I got a great deal. Let me start off by saying I love my 2019 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring. I was told by a previous buyer to purchase my CX5 from Lou Fusz because of their hassle free sales. This was something I was looking for since I knew what I wanted and was not willing to budge. Each time I went to the dealership I was greeted with warmth and offered a beverage. I noticed how everybody worked together!! The salesman I worked with during my search was Jamel Gipson and he made for the perfect salesman for me. 1. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want. 2. Very patient (3 months) 3. Never pushed me just to make a sale 4. Contacted me as soon as new inventory came in. 5. Showed integrity 6. Kept me within my budget 7. Very determined (I had a lot of NO's) After 3 trips, Jamel Gipson connected me with my new love with the help of his sales associate Moe Daoud. . I almost missed out on my CX5 as I wanted Jamel to be there to finalize my purchase, (out of town) since he had worked with me for several months. Moe reminded me that Jamel was more concerned with me getting the car that I wanted over him getting the sale. (Someone else had come in at the same time interested in my CX5.) This is the vibe I got from Jamel the entire time I worked with him...quality over quantity. For this reason alone I'm recommending everyone to Jamel Gipson and Lou Fusz Mazda. More

The service department was remarkable I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I used my Car Pass that I bought when I purchased my vehicle and it was no cost to get a full oil change and they w a very reasonable amount of time.
