Back in October I reached out to Nissan service for an issue with my emergency braking system and my back up camera, I was directed to Victoria who informed me of ways to stop the braking system when it would go on for no reason that wasn’t the response I was looking for she was leaving and handed my case over to Stephanie, who from the very first conversation understood and addressed every concern I had she literally worked from home for me and never had met me personally, she met me at service a few days later offered to take me in her personal car to get a rental because they didn’t have one for me and literally was with me every step of the way! She was kind courteous and went over and beyond to keep me as a Nissan customer even while dealing with corporate she was my right hand woman and addressed all my problems and made sure my car was safe! I can’t not put into this review how amazing and over and beyond her customer service skills are! December I got into a new 2019 Nissan Rogue and Domiano was absolutely amazing in every aspect showed me every and all features and treated me like I was family and got me everything and anything I needed or wanted! His salesmanship was phenomenal.. Jamal, we may have not seen eye to eye, but from my blue rogue to my red you completely along with Stephanie changed my opinion on Staten Island Nissan and for that I thank you, I thank you for finalizing my deal even though you had an emergency as a customer you put me first and dealing with me as unhappy as I was you managed to make me smile each and every time! Staten Island Nissan has greatly improved and I contribute that to the people I named above because if I had never had Stephanie I wouldn’t be a Nissan owner any longer! Anything and everything you’ll ever need or want see all of the above and they will do everything to meet your expectations trust me! Thank you all for the amazing dedication to your clients! You all deserve recognition for all you’ve done, I will keep up my old review to show future customers just how much the new Staten Island Nissan has kept me as a happy customer! More

Extremely Shady Nissan Dealership I got scammed by this dealership in an extremely harsh way! I was forced to sign up for a loan that I didn't need because they don't do full payment t I got scammed by this dealership in an extremely harsh way! I was forced to sign up for a loan that I didn't need because they don't do full payment transactions! The car was damaged by one of their workers so they refused to sell me a different one! They repainted the front bumper which came back with dirt and bubbles in the paint done half xxx in only 2 days without using a clean room! After arguing for 3 weeks I decided to lose my down payment and default on the loan! Do.not trust this dealership they are extremely shady!! I tried calling corporate office and they did absolutely nothing to help because Nissan has no corporate office in New York!! Do not go to this dealership they are a nightmare group of conniving people so beware!! More

Sticking with Nissan I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jama I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jamal. He was extremely patient with me, even when I was driving him crazy of getting into a new lease. He was honest, polite, and was determined to see me happy with my selection of vehicle. Victoria really helped me as well. Fernando came in and sealed the deal. But all in all, it was a team effort. I felt like I made new friends when I started, but when I left, I felt like they were family. Very loyal. More

I trust worthy and Great Experience I walked into the dealership looking for a car for my daughter she is a very new driver. She has had he driver license for a while and is a very timid I walked into the dealership looking for a car for my daughter she is a very new driver. She has had he driver license for a while and is a very timid driver and has not driven much since she received her license over a year ago. Our sale person was Marc Dance friendly and knowledgeable . We were interested in the Rogue, (seeing the commercials,I was sold on the safety features they advertised) . Although we were just looking Marc insisted that my daughter test drive the car. He was kind and supportive . (She really loved and felt comfortable in the car) After talking to my daughter , we decided that she was comfortable in the car and this was the car for her. Jamal help us out to make sure the car we wanted was in our price range.. He even found us an addition bonus, he researched and found out, Nissan had a relationship with the company my daughter worked with and he was able to lower the price of the car. I highly recommend this dealership Mark Dance and Jamel Dennison if Nissan is the car for you . More
