Although dealer was very busy,and I just showed up not knowing what the problem was with car they fit me in over time, assessed the problem and fixed it. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and re knowing what the problem was with car they fit me in over time, assessed the problem and fixed it. I recently finish the lease of a 2019 Jeep Renegade, I knew I had to buy it first and then I could trade it in for a new car. When I showed up at Jeff Belzer's they immediately knew what I needed to do an knew I had to buy it first and then I could trade it in for a new car. When I showed up at Jeff Belzer's they immediately knew what I needed to do and they helped me all the way. Everyone at Jeff Belzer's Roseville treated me like their best friend! I had the best experience there. I sold them the Jeep Renegade and I upgraded to a new Jeep Compass! Now I'm the happiest with my new car! Nick Feist was my sales guy but everyone else on the team was AMAZING as well! Super friendly and honest! They understood my limits and worked with me to get the best deal! They wanted me to get my dream car and I totally did! Kevin A., helped me get to a comfortable payment, Samantha E. helped me with my lease, and Jake L, helped me set up all the tech stuff and walked me through my new car! One more crew member helped me get WeatherTech mats and he was AWESOME too! If you are looking for a new Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, or Ram, go there and know you're getting the best!
