Hands down the best dealership I've ever been to. Jayson was awesome, not pushy listened to my concerns and we worked together great. We were able to make a deal that worked for both of us. Because of my work schedule I delt with two different finance managers, Jamie and Cole they both were great to work with also. They explained everything to me, answered my questions, and didn't try to push me to purchase anything I didn't want. This was truly the best car buying experience I ever had at a dealership, I had zero stress and anxiety. My girlfriend is looking for a new vehicle also and we'll be back this weekend for. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly starting here, even if it's not a Toyota. I'm sure they will be able to get you into what you are looking for. More

Things were great during the purchase, not so great afterwards. They made multiple errors on the purchase agreement and it required them sending us new paperwork twice BEFORE I tried to license my veh afterwards. They made multiple errors on the purchase agreement and it required them sending us new paperwork twice BEFORE I tried to license my vehicle. Then we found a THIRD ERROR that prevented me from getting my vehicle titled and licensed. Then, Ms. McCrossin, was annoyed because "the information should have migrated over". It didn't and that is why I called. The faxed form was still incorrect so it took Corwin FOUR times to correct the mistake. I spent three hours at DMV to get it fixed. AND, it they charge you for the PULSE system, make sure it was installed. They charged me $395.00 and never installed it. I'm waiting to receive the check for reimbursement of the system and sales tax paid. FYI - The Sales Rep. is the one that went to bat to help me get the paperwork corrected. Thanks, Madison. I appreciate your assistance. I should also mention that when they were unloading my vehicle off the transport, they damaged the bumper and it took an extra week to get my vehicle because it had to have the bumper replaced. More
