Took my 2022 M4 in for low air pressure prompt. They took my vehicle in right away and were quick on diagnosing the problem, a small nail on the rear driver side. Gave a loaner took them a few days to get the tire. When I went to pick-up the vehicle , I spoke to Bill (service manager) who was very receptive of my complement of the staff, but that same receptive manner turned dismissive after I noticed a curb rash on the rim that had the tire replaced. I was told by Bill that this happens and it's nothing to worry about and if I wanted to replace the rim , " the relationship would be terminated ". I am sorry but, rather than admit fault and willing to take care of it, an ultimatum is given. He agreed to replace the rim . Brought my vehicle back the following week with no curb rash. Look at that ! I even asked the SA to double check if the "relationship is still terminated" and he was advised it was. I vote with my wallet and will be placing a new order for another M with another dealer who can actually admit fault when they scre up and make things right versus being dismissive and unprofessional. I do want to recommend Jaime Gonzalez and Michael (service technician) for their outstanding work. They are both professional and great individuals. More

Not only did they never communicate all day about when my car would be ready,so that I had to drive over to find out.
