The sales staff were open and transparent throughout the whole transaction and that made us feel great about spending a little bit more than we had planned. We got everything we wanted in our new CX-5 and absolutely love our car! The only issue we really had was that when we went to take the car home that night, it had been poorly detailed. Dirt was in all of the door jams and it didn't look like it was cleaned very well. Upon finding all of the remaining dirt, Rachel quickly offered to have a full detail done the next morning. We brought our CX-5 in and it came out sparkling. Any issue we have had has been handled quickly and professionally. When we do come to visit for our regular maintenance on the car we still get greeted with a genuine hello and we do not feel like we were just another number on their sales board. We feel special and taken care of, and when you buy a new car and make such a big commitment, it's nice to know that the dealer is still there for you after the purchase. I have been searching for a new car for a long time, certainly Mazda 6 is always be one of my top choice. I was and am not good at Bargaining, but Jaik did leave me a very good impression. Plus I 'd really admire his patience...because after 4~5 hours "nego" and "process", I got my car at PM10:40.....I was nearly passed out...he still keep his smile. I had been in many different dealership, Elk Grove Mazda is totally a different dealership. Jaik is a young sales consultant but he knows what he is doing. He has enough knowledge about cars and whatever he is totally a different dealership. Jaik is a young sales consultant but he knows what he is doing. I think it is better to make it short and let you go and talk to him in person and experience the great customer service and support. Definitely ask for Jaik. More

I've purchased many used and new cars over the past years and I can honestly say my visit to Mazda of Elk Grove was one of my better visits, if not, perhaps my best visit. Jaik was an excellent sales consultant and very nice and friendly, Anthony was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional and Grant was extremely efficient and wonderful to deal with. Jaik presented pleased car-buying atmosphere with his friendly, informative, and enthusiastic introduction. Originally my car with the certain color/specs was not shown in the demonstration area but in t friendly, informative, and enthusiastic introduction.
