I thought Frank was absolutely great, he was very helpful and thorough with his job. The ladies that rung me out are so friendly as usual. I really appreciate how comfortable they make you at this dealership and fast the service was. The express lane is the best thing ever. Process was very long. Felt like it could have been done a lot quicker. Vehicle had a traction controlled glitch and it was not even checked.
