Pushy salesman, jack said deal won't be there tomorrow Jack was very pushy on Saturday he said the deal wouldn't be there on Monday. I'm an Army Vet and did not like the way my wife and I were treated. He was bragging about how he is top sales at this dealership, and he makes deals happen. (not this one). We like the dealership and Honda but took our business elsewhere on Monday. We bought a Honda Accord. The dealership staff was nice, but sorry about the 2 star review. More

Excellent customer service My wife and I were shopping different cars and decided to give Honda a look. We stopped in on a very busy memorial day and were immediately greeted by My wife and I were shopping different cars and decided to give Honda a look. We stopped in on a very busy memorial day and were immediately greeted by friendly staff. Our sales consultant Jacque Brown approached us politely and began to talk with us about the different models we were interested in. We had one specific car in mind and he was more than happy to find it for us outside in the rain as we waited. His demonstration of the vehicles functions and tech was top notch and he was very informed about the car. It was refreshing to have a sales person who actually knew and understood the brand he was representing. We were still indecisive about other models and Jacque had no problem showing us civics as well as the accord we were most interested in. Once it came down to negotiations both Jacque and Chris Shroeder did an excellent job explaining things and did their jobs without making us feel uncomfortable throughout the deal negotiations. We took a bit to make our final decision and did not feel pressured. Mike Dowdy also was very friendly and professional with us. The entire staff we dealt with made our purchase experience better than we have had ever before with 10 other new car purchases. We were very happy to return to the honda brand and the buying experience within Bel Air Honda. If you are looking for a Honda we highly recommend Jacque, Chris and the other employees at Bel Air Honda. Top notch service all around. More

Honda Accord Hybrid Bought a car from Jacque last summer and asked him to let me know when the 2018 Accord Hybrids came in and true to form he contacted me the very day t Bought a car from Jacque last summer and asked him to let me know when the 2018 Accord Hybrids came in and true to form he contacted me the very day the truck showed up in May 2018! Came in and got a great price for my trade, and he and Mike Dowdy got me financed and out the door in short order ("short" relatively speaking for car sales - it's always a doozy on time, but they're so personable and attentive that I don't mind the drudgery of the process as much as I might usually.) Jacque was prompt in contacting me when the rims I ordered came in and even setup the service appointment for me. Worked with Phil Wilson when I brought it in for the install. So far, I'm pleased with the service department too. My install was even finished about an hour earlier than promised. Love this team! More
