Oil change with no appointment I was very pleased with Brian Ramocki, my service technician. He was personable, knowledgeable & professional; great customer service skills. In ad I was very pleased with Brian Ramocki, my service technician. He was personable, knowledgeable & professional; great customer service skills. In addition to the service visit, I test drove a Kona with Jaclyn Bobbitt, who impressed me with her knowledge & understanding that I was just beginning my research on a new vehicle, so no pressure was applied. I was, however, not pleased that I was unable to make an appointment for this service, instead was advised to just come in, preferably in the afternoon. I'm a long-term customer and was always given the option of scheduling an appointment in the past. I feel that, if given an appointment, my time spent there would not have been any anywhere near the 4+ hours I spent. THIS IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT and the reason my overall rating of this service center & customer service ratings are below 5. More

Purchased a New Vehicle My family decided it was time to trade in our 8 year old car for a newer vehicle. My husband spoke with Jaclyn over the phone and gave her an idea of what we were looking for. We then made an appointment to come in later that day. She pulled two Santa Fe models off the lot to show us based on what my husband had told her. Both vehicles were amazing. We were able to test drive the Santa Fe and decide which one we preferred. Jaclyn did an amazing job telling us about all the features of each and answering any questions we had. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and professional. I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Family Hyundai. More

Professional and friendly Walked into showroom and was met by a sales person. Was taken care of immediately. Jackie listened to what I needed, wanted and proceeded to cover all possibilities. Had a test drive and loved the Kona. The buying process went relatively quickly and almost painless. Everyone was courteous and answered all questions. More

First Class All The Way I do not think you can do it any better than what they have done at Family Hyundai. They’re not just looking to put you in anything, they want to put I do not think you can do it any better than what they have done at Family Hyundai. No pressure it was a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Family Hyundai. Ms Bobbitt took wonderful care of us with no pressure to buy. It took me about 8 it was a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Family Hyundai. Ms Bobbitt took wonderful care of us with no pressure to buy. It took me about 8 months to make the decision and she was not contacting me every day not even every week. She just let me know when i am ready she would be there for me. The process was very easy and i was expecting this to take all day buy it seems like i was in and out. I highly recommend Family Hyundai. More

My purchase experience So I have been looking around to purchase a new vehicle after 13 years of owning my 2005 Tahoe was reaching 300 med. I was at the car show looking at So I have been looking around to purchase a new vehicle after 13 years of owning my 2005 Tahoe was reaching 300 med. I was at the car show looking at a few different models and The Hyundia sales people where very helpful there. I started looking on line at prices and decide to visit Family Hyundai in Tinley park I met Jaclyn Bobbit she was very helpful and curtious she was not a push overwelli g sales person we test dro e th Santa Fe Ultimate. I very surpused by all the room and quality also all the options included. I went home was really looking at pricing and warranties. Jaclyn was in contact with me and was willing to answer any questions I had. Came back again to the Dealership we narrowed it down to what I wanted and for my budget. The funny thing I ended up getting a different color I went in for. Also Mr Waltson was very helpful as well as a few others that I got to meet in my experience at Family Hyundai. I can't say more then enough about the dealership in super friendly not over bearing and made me feel very comfortable in my purchase I couldn't be Happier.
