Jack is our General Manager and keeps everything running smoothly. In addition to keeping the day to day operations under control he has a big vision for the business and always keeps us moving forward. He does a great job buying inventory and making sure that we have quality vehicles for sale and a top notch service department. Outside of work he enjoys his family time, sports, and cooking on the grill.

Accura MDX purchase Not impressed at all. They acted like they were really trying to meet our needs. We bought the MDX and had to wait a week for detailing. When we picke Not impressed at all. When we picked it up they let us know that the codes we would need for radio and GPS were in the glovebox because they had had to get them to reset it. We drove it home and Flew out of town on vacation and came home a week later and the battery was dead. They bent over backwards and helped us find a new battery and even paid for it. maybe the battery had died on them as well and that’s why they needed the codes? Well, now two weeks after buying a new battery, I get in the rig after not driving it over the weekend and the battery is dead! My husband calls to let them know that after less that a month of ownership, the battery is dead again. Something must be draining the battery? We get the runaround, talk to three people who ask if we purchased the extended warranty.....and get no help. We have called our mechanic who came, jump started it, and took it to his shop to see what’s wrong. Looks like we will be spending $$$$ to find out what’s going on. And it seems apparent to me that they knew they battery wasn’t holding a charge or something was draining it because they had had to call to get the codes to reset them. So don’t pretend you give a 125 point inspection that is so much “better” than other dealers when you know about a problem but don’t get it fixed before you sell the car. Very disappointed in what I thought was a “Christian” business. More

Fast and Friendly I had been without a car for the past two months trying to save money up for a new car, I had tried a few different places without much luck. My mom told me, “you should call Jack at Oakley” I wasn’t sure it would work out or that it would be a long drawn out process; I was quickly proved dead wrong when no later than an hour after applying on their website I received a phone call from Jack, he gave the back story of the truck I had in mind, then we talked numbers for a hot minute. I was on the phone for a total of probably 15-20 min and we had an appointment set up to go test drive a couple of options. My mom told me not to get my hopes up on driving away with a car the day of the appointment, but that’s Exactly what happened. My appointment was at 10 AM and I was at work by 2. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, old or new, and I would highly recommend Jack Miller! Tell ‘em Jonathan Duran sent ya! More

Great car buying experience One of the things that I don’t like about the car buying experience is the time in which it takes to make a deal and get in and out of the dealership. One of the things that I don’t like about the car buying experience is the time in which it takes to make a deal and get in and out of the dealership. I started buying from Oakley Auto World 15 years ago and haven’t looked back since. The experience has always been great! Their sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Every time that we have bought a car from them, I felt like everyone was getting the best deal out of the transaction. We were getting a quality car at a fair price and they were seeing another satisfied customer leave the lot happy. Now with the new store and service center, it’s even better! More
