JR Rodriguez was an excellent service rep.
He never pressured me and made me feel comfortable in all aspects. He gave me pricing and let me choose what I felt needed to be serviced on my car.

Anna took care of a car rental fast and easy so I could go run errands while my car was being serviced but the service was so fast and efficient I didn’t have much time to do anything. I loved the video share from the technician's. Thank you for a fast and easy Mercedes experience.
