We have been customers of Motor Werks for many years. We trust their service and sales departments to be honest and courteous. Izabela Oglodzinska was our salesperson for the purchase of our new Cadillac. Our experience could not have been any better than it was. Izabela went above and beyond making us feel comfortable with this of our new Cadillac. Our experience could not have been any better than it was. Izabela went above and beyond making us feel comfortable with this purchase. All questions, emails, phone calls, and texts were answered as if we were her only customer. She made this experience (which is quite frankly rather stressful) a complete joy. The facilities of Motor Werks are top of the line, Nice touch on the in house Starbucks. Joe Spata, the manager, took care of one small minor detail we addressed with no push back what so ever, which completed this purchase with a guilt-free conscience. My wife and I plan to go through Motor Werks for the remainder of our future purchases and will always reach out to Izabela, as we have now not only found a saleswoman but a friend. More

From start to finish this was a breeze. Motor Werks happened to get a 2019 Jeep Wrangler on the lot with the specs I have been searching for. I made an appointment over email, Isabella had the car wait happened to get a 2019 Jeep Wrangler on the lot with the specs I have been searching for. Well I live in Detroit and was in search of a SRT Grand Cherokee and they had some in stock with best prices! I Flew in took a look got approved and flew back the following week where they picked me up fro Cherokee and they had some in stock with best prices! I came looking for a 650I convertible. I found one that I had to have at Motor Works Cadillac in Barrington. I had the pleasure of working with Izabella. She was super easy to work with and helped in ever I had to have at Motor Works Cadillac in Barrington. I had the pleasure of working with Izabella. She was super easy to work with and helped in every way possible. The finance department did a phenomenal job as well. Probably the best team I've dealt with during the buying process.
