Great work, great service. Your service is awesome. always get the job done in a timely manner. Except if you need a gas tank replaced. They kept my Lincoln 4 months. GREAT ATTENTION TO MY NEEDS I received very polite, friendl and knowledgeable service, treatment and advice. The personnel I worked with bent over backwards to address my concerns and they made certain I was absolutely agreeable with everything before a contract was even mentioned. The staff were all very polite, professional and respectful toward my own personal needs and wants. It all starts by working with isaias. Mr. Rizza can be very proud of his staff! I am a stickler for customer service. Other car dealers should go to RIZZA FORD to see how a professional car dealership should be run! More

The Edge Isias was our rep - he was very patient with us with the several visits and phone calls. Never pushy. When we first went to Ford we had sales rep Le Isias was our rep - he was very patient with us with the several visits and phone calls. Never pushy. When we first went to Ford we had sales rep Lee but were switched to Isais since he is the Costco rep. We wanted a 5 passenger vehicle. We test drove the Edge and decided on that. The only disappointment I have is that with the price of the vehicle it didn’t include the screen cover for the trunk space. More

Scratched window The warranty on the window took longer for the authorization than the replacement. I guess I would blame Ford not the dealership for the delay.
