My first point of contact (POC) was Isac Martinez via the internet but in-person the POC was with Jeff. Once the deal commenced I was switched to Isac without communication of the transition. Despite the bac internet but in-person the POC was with Jeff. Once the deal commenced I was switched to Isac without communication of the transition. Despite the back and forth with the sales representatives, the manager - Randy was steadfast and consistent. Isaac and Randy were great! The rating is a result of the miscommunication with transferring my tags, I provided my tag info and was assured that I could keep my tags. However, this was inaccurate and I found out after the Finance dept. canceled my tags. The Finance dept. stated that the Tax Collector Office could assist with rectifying the tag issue which is completely invalid. Once the tags are canceled, the Tax Collector Office tells you to throw away the old tags. Period. Communication with the various Lexus of Sarasota departments needs improvement. More
